Scales the transformation matrix by the specified factors.
Scaling is composed on the right of this transformation. The scale is therefore applied to an input before this matrix: the columns of the linear part are scaled and the existing translation remains unchanged. This is consistent with times and the one- and two- dimensional affine transformation matrices.
